A pair of doctors lived in the townhouse I’m renting now, and this arrived for one of them the other day.  This is definitely a level of dress I’m not familiar with, I mean, where exactly do you purchase a top hat?  For that matter, does this mean there are other more formal events where a top hat is required? I want a top hat.
